APET SPCA periodically conducts Low Cost Vaccination and Microchip ID clinics for cats and dogs throughout the Wood County area.  No appointments are necessary, dogs must be leashed and kept under control at all times, and cats must be in crates.  Prices for these events are noted below.  Partnering with the Winnsboro Veterinary Medical Center (21006 TX Hwy 11 E, Winnsboro, 903-342-3563) this year we have three clinics:

May 15, 2010 Mineola Civic Center: 10am to 12pm

September 25, 2010 WinnsboroFire Department: 10am to 12 pm
